We quote a fixed price from a short conversation about the property, so you can hand the number to a landlord or factor it into closing costs without worrying about hourly creep.

The empty home, top to bottom: inside all cabinets, drawers, and closets, inside the oven and refrigerator, all appliance exteriors, every bathroom scrubbed including grout and fixture descaling, all floors vacuumed and hand-mopped, baseboards, door frames, switch plates, window sills and tracks, light fixtures, and vent covers. It’s the most thorough service we offer, because there’s no furniture in the way and nothing gets skipped.

One to two weeks is comfortable. End of month, and especially late July through August around the CU Boulder and Denver rental turnover, fills up fast — book earlier for those windows. If you’re in a same-week bind, call us anyway; we can sometimes work a move-out into an existing route, and we’d rather tell you honestly whether we can than leave you guessing.

Ideally yes — an empty home lets us clean inside cabinets and closets, behind where furniture stood, and along every baseboard without working around boxes. If a few items remain, that’s fine; just tell us in advance so we plan the time. If the home is still fully furnished, a deep cleaning is the more honest fit and we’ll say so.

Most deposit deductions we see come from exactly what this service covers: greasy ovens, dirty refrigerators, soap scum and hard water in showers, dusty baseboards and blinds, and cabinet interiors nobody wiped. A professional clean with a receipt also gives you documentation if a landlord disputes the condition. We can’t promise a landlord’s decision, but we can remove the reasons they usually give.

If a refrigerator has been unplugged and sitting, mention it when you book — that’s a different job than a routine wipe-out and we’ll plan the time for it.

We vacuum carpets thoroughly and hand-mop hard floors, but we don’t do hot-water carpet extraction — that needs specialist equipment. If your lease requires professional carpet cleaning, book a carpet company alongside us and schedule them first so we can clean the hard surfaces afterward. We’re happy to coordinate timing with them.

Four to eight hours for most homes, usually with a team of two or three so it finishes in a single day. An empty two-bedroom condo can be done in three to four hours; a larger home with several bathrooms, a finished basement, and a neglected oven takes a full day. We’ll give you a realistic window when we quote, because move days run on tight schedules.

Yes. We work regularly with Denver-area property managers, landlords, and agents, and we can invoice them directly rather than putting you in the middle. Realtors often cover a pre-listing or post-closing clean as part of the transaction — just give us the billing contact when you book.

Finished basements are included as living space. Garages, unfinished basements, and patios are add-ons — usually a sweep-out, cobweb removal, and wipe-down rather than a full detail. Tell us when you book if your lease or sale requires them, and we’ll price them in so nobody’s surprised on the day.
