Most Denver-area homes take four to eight hours, and we often send a team of two or three so it’s finished in one visit. A 1,200 sq ft condo may be done in three to four hours; a 3,500 sq ft home with multiple bathrooms and pets can run a full day. Homes that haven’t had professional attention in a year or more take longer, and we’d rather quote honestly up front than rush and leave the detail work half done.

A regular cleaning maintains a home that’s already in good shape — kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and surfaces. A deep cleaning resets the home by going after everything that builds up quietly over months: hand-wiped baseboards and door frames, light fixtures and ceiling fans, vent covers, window sills and tracks, cabinet fronts, inside the microwave, and detailed scrubbing of shower grout, glass, and hard-water scale. It takes significantly longer and costs more, because it’s doing years of catch-up work in one visit.

Everything in a standard cleaning plus the detail work: baseboards, door frames and doors, switch plates, light fixtures and ceiling fans, vent covers, window sills and tracks, cabinet and appliance exteriors, inside the microwave, behind and around toilets, and detailed work on shower glass, grout, and fixtures. Floors are vacuumed and hand-mopped rather than quickly passed over. We work room by room off a written checklist so nothing gets skipped.

For most homes, yes, and it’s worth it. Recurring cleanings are priced and scheduled to maintain a home at baseline, not to dig out accumulated buildup. Starting with a deep clean means your first recurring visit begins from a genuinely clean house, which keeps every visit after that efficient and consistently priced. If your home has been professionally cleaned recently and is already in good condition, we’ll tell you that you can skip it.

Deep cleans typically run $300 to $550 depending on square footage, number of bathrooms, pets, and how much buildup there is. We price by the job rather than by the hour, so you know the number before we start and you’re not paying for a slow day. The quote comes from a short conversation about your home’s size, layout, and condition — no in-person estimate required for most homes.

Usually a substantial improvement, and sometimes complete removal. Front Range water leaves calcium and lime scale that bonds to glass and fixtures, and we use descaling treatments as part of every deep clean. Being straight with you: glass that’s gone years without treatment can be etched, and etching is permanent damage to the surface rather than a deposit sitting on top of it. We’ll tell you which one you’re dealing with instead of promising a result we can’t deliver.

Inside the microwave is included. Inside the oven and inside the refrigerator are available as add-ons, because they’re time-intensive and not every home needs them. If you want either, just say so when you book and we’ll build the time into the quote rather than discovering it on the day. For move-out cleanings, inside both appliances is included by default.

No. Most clients aren’t, and we accommodate lockbox, garage code, and smart lock access. Deep cleans are the one service where being home for the first thirty minutes can help, though — it lets you point out the areas that bother you most so we spend the extra time where you’ll actually notice it. After that you’re free to leave.

If you’re on a recurring schedule, once a year is plenty — the recurring visits keep buildup from returning. If you clean your own home between visits, once or twice a year works well, often timed to spring and to pre-holiday season. Homes with pets, allergy sufferers, or heavy wildfire-smoke seasons benefit from twice a year, since the detail areas we hit in a deep clean are exactly where dust and dander settle.

Yes, everything: vacuums, microfiber, and products. We default to low-VOC, biodegradable cleaners with fragrance-free options for allergy, asthma, and chemically sensitive households, and we use color-coded cloths so bathroom and kitchen textiles never cross. If you’d prefer we use products you already own, we’re happy to work with them — just leave them out with a note.

Just pick up personal items, clear countertops where you can, and put away anything valuable or fragile you’d rather we not handle. You don’t need to pre-clean — that’s what you’re hiring us for. If there are rooms you want skipped or surfaces that need specific products, tell us up front and we’ll note it on your file so every team sees it.

Yes. Kitchen-and-bathrooms-only deep cleans are a common request, as are single-room resets after a renovation or a long stretch of neglect. We price partial deep cleans by the rooms involved, and it’s often the smart choice if your budget is better spent on the two rooms that genuinely need it than spread thin across the whole house.
