Recurring Cleaning Services
Castle Fresh Guaranteed Satisfaction Checklist
What Our Recurring Cleaning Service Covers
You can schedule a recurring cleaning as a one time, weekly, biweekly or monthly service. (The greater the frequency, the bigger the discount!)
Remember
Your cleaning estimate is built around the level of cleaning you choose when booking. If the actual condition of the home requires more work than expected, we may need extra time to get everything to the standard you’re looking for. Because additional labor and supplies affect both time and cost, we truly appreciate your honesty when selecting your cleaning level. It helps us plan well and give your home the attention it deserves.
Don’t forget to review the extras section and let us know if you require any services there.

Biweekly is the most popular choice and the best value for most Denver-area homes — nothing ever gets far enough behind to need catch-up work. Weekly suits larger families, multiple pets, and allergy-sensitive households. Monthly works for smaller homes, couples, and well-kept condos, though monthly visits take longer individually because more accumulates between them. If you’re unsure, start biweekly for two months and adjust from there.
Most homes fall between $150 and $300 per visit, set by square footage, bedrooms and bathrooms, pets, and how much detail work is involved. The price is per visit and fixed, not hourly, so a slow day costs you nothing extra. Recurring visits cost less than one-time cleanings for the same home because the house stays at baseline — the more often we come, the less each visit has to do.
No contract and no cancellation fee. You can pause for a month, change frequency, or stop entirely with reasonable notice. We’d rather earn the next visit than lock you into one — if the service stops being worth it, something’s wrong on our end and a contract wouldn’t fix it.
That’s our goal, and it’s what happens most of the time. Consistent teams learn your home — which surfaces need which product, where you keep things, what you care about most — and that shows in the results. Vacations and illness mean occasional substitutions, but every cleaner works from your home’s written checklist and notes, so a substitute team isn’t starting from scratch.
Usually yes, once. Recurring visits are scheduled and priced to keep a clean home clean, not to remove months of accumulation. One deep clean up front puts the house at baseline so every recurring visit afterward is efficient and consistent. If your home is already well maintained or was professionally cleaned recently, we’ll tell you to skip it rather than sell you one you don’t need.
Kitchens: counters, sinks, cooktop, appliance exteriors, cabinet fronts as needed. Bathrooms: toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures. Throughout: dusting reachable surfaces, high-touch points, mirrors and glass, vacuuming carpet and rugs, hand-mopping hard floors, emptying trash, and tidying and making beds on request. Detail items like baseboards, vents, and window tracks rotate through visits so they don’t all wait for a deep clean.
No, and most clients aren’t. We work from lockbox, garage code, smart lock, or building concierge access according to whatever you set up. Every cleaner is a background-checked W-2 employee, and we’re bonded and insured, so an empty house isn’t a risk you’re absorbing. You’ll know when the team arrives and when they finish.
Just let us know as early as you can and we’ll move it. Life happens — travel, illness, contractors in the house. Longer notice means a better chance of finding you another slot in the same week rather than pushing you to the next one. There’s no penalty for occasional changes; we only ask that you don’t cancel at the door, since the team has already committed the time.
Call or message us within 24 hours and we’ll come back and make it right at no charge. That’s the whole policy — no forms, no argument. We’d rather hear about a missed shower door than have you quietly decide the service isn’t worth it. Feedback also goes onto your home’s file so the same thing doesn’t get missed twice.
Yes. We clean for plenty of clients who travel for work or spend part of the year elsewhere, and a light recurring visit while a home sits empty keeps dust, dry Colorado air, and stale smells from taking over. Some clients drop to monthly while away and return to their normal frequency when they’re back — just tell us the dates.
Yes. Inside the oven or refrigerator, interior windows, laundry, or a garage sweep can be added to any visit — tell us in advance so we schedule the extra time rather than squeezing it in. If a task becomes a regular request, we’ll fold it into your standing checklist and adjust the quote so there are no surprises.
In practice, yes. A home that’s cleaned consistently never develops the buildup that slows a visit down, and the team stops needing to figure out your layout and preferences. Your price stays fixed, so that efficiency shows up as more attention to detail work — baseboards, vents, window tracks, and fixtures — rather than as a shorter visit.
