Need a move out cleaning or a move in cleaning? We’ve got you covered with our comprehensive cleaning services—perfect for refreshing your space, whether you’re moving out or settling into a new home. Every corner is cleaned with care, leaving your space spotless, fresh, and ready for what’s next!

Remember

All services are booked with the expectation that only a single treatment will be needed for each area of your home. If a lack of maintenance exists, you’ll need a bit more elbow grease and possibly 2nd, 3rd or even 4th treatments to make your Castle.. Fresh! The extra labor will require added time and costs so please be candid about your needs.

Kitchen

  • Appliance exteriors shined
  • Microwave cleaned inside and out
  • Stove top cleaned
  • Sink scrubbed and disinfected
  • Countertops washed
  • Tile backsplash washed
  • Chrome faucets and fixtures shined
  • Tables and chairs wiped down
  • Behind fridge and oven (client to move them)
  • Floors swept and mopped
  • Sliding glass door cleaned
  • Cabinet exteriors spot checked
  • Inside cabinets & drawers cleaned
  • Trash emptied

Bathrooms

  • Bathtub scrubbed and rinsed
  • Shower scrubbed and rinsed

  • Shower door glass calcium treated

  • Toilet disinfected inside and out

  • Chrome faucets and fixtures shined

  • Countertops disinfected
  • Inside cabinets & drawers cleaned
  • Sinks scrubbed and disinfected

  • Mirror cleaned streak-free

  • Floors vacuumed or mopped

Bedrooms

  • Clean inside oven (client must run self-clean 1 day prior)

  • Switch plates and outlets cleaned
  • Banisters and railings cleaned

  • Linens changed (no duvets)

  • Light fixtures dusted (no chandeliers)
  • Ceiling fans dusted (client to provide ladder)
  • Windowsills cleaned

  • Washing machine exterior, soap intake, and door cleaned
  • Dryer exterior and door cleaned
  • Vent covers vacuumed
  • Inside freezer (client must defrost)
  • Wall-mounted picture frames dusted
  • Blinds (call for quote)

  • Concrete or cement floor sweeping
  • Patio furniture cleaned
  • Pet bowls washed
  • Pet beds vacuumed
  • Baseboards hand washed
  • Cobwebs and high dusting (client to provide extension duster)
  • Cabinet tops cleaned

*Health Hazard Fee (HHF)
We do charge a $99 HHF to clean up human or animal blood, vomit, feces, or urine. Your crew will reach out if they encounter any of these items. $80 of the fee goes to your crew.
