Tips to making a job successful:
1) Good communication. TALK to the client about their expectations so you know what they want from you. SHOW the client everything you did. TEACH the client how they can maintain their home between cleanings.
2) Hard work. Let the client see you sweat! Nothing makes someone more appreciative than to see that you are giving them your all. Be detail oriented! Even on routine cleans, you must have a deep clean mentality.
3) Do not ask the client to “check your work” until you know the job is done. Also, do not ask a client if there is anything else unless you are sure that you have done everything that they wanted done is perfect. It is not the client’s job to make sure we do a good job, it is our job to exceed their expectations at every single service.
