Our philosophy is that our employees are just as important as our clients. We believe strongly in family time and the concept that “we work to live, we don’t live to work.” Our employee’s frequent (but necessary) requests for time off are always honored. This is one reason we do not guarantee the same crew for each service. We keep enough people on staff to handle our clients regardless of who’s on vacation, but we do offer a $30 last minute rescheduling credit if our employees’ need for time off conflicts with your schedule. Additionally, our staff are some of the highest paid hands in the industry. We’ve been refining our approach to this culture of respect and flexibility since the beginning, and though we’ve experienced high levels of turnover in the past, I’m overjoyed to report that as of this writing our retention has improved by over 75% and we currently employ over 20 fabulous people. We know that happy employees equal happy clients, thats a fact we live by. And our people love working here.
